How to do a Waste
While on the order screen
Go to the funtion screen.
Touch the button "Start Waste"
Then ring in all the items you need to waste.
Then touch either the Customer Waste Button or the Leftover Waste Button.
The Customer Waste button would be for something that was already rung up.
The Leftover Waste button would be for items made in the kitchen that was a mistake.
