      Void Items of an Open Check

      1. Pull up the check – From the order screen touch the Function Button.
      2. Touch the Open Checks Button.
      3. Fine the Transaction you are wanting to void off the item(s).
      4. Touch it 2 times. This will pull up the closed check on the order screen.
      5. Touch the item(s) you want to void.
      6. Touch the Function Button.
      7. Touch the void button – It will ask you for a reason your voiding.
      8. Select the reason why you’re voiding the item(s).
